Consumer Statement

I hereby declare that:

1. I am aware that the order is fulfilled to my individual request, in accordance with my
   instructions and specifications.
2. I acknowledge that the contractor fulfilling the order bears no liability for
   any infringement of trade mark rights, trade names, industrial designs or
   other intellectual property rights belonging to third parties.
3. I declare that the contractor claims no rights to trade marks or visual
   or textual elements of well-known brands which may appear on the ordered product on
   the basis of my instructions.
4. Any similarities to trade marks, trade names or other elements of well-known
   brands are entirely coincidental and unintentional.
5. I undertake to use the ordered products in accordance with applicable
   law, in particular with due respect for third parties’ intellectual property rights.

I understand that, should any claims be made by the owners of trade mark rights,
all liability rests solely with me as the person ordering the product.
